By accessing or using the website of Caribe Spanish Restaurant & Sports Bar ("Caribe," "we," "us," or "our"), placing an online order, making a reservation, or requesting catering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Caribe Spanish Restaurant & Sports Bar is a family-owned restaurant located at 2236 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12306, serving authentic Dominican and Puerto Rican cuisine since 2003.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its servers.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content without permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or interfere with site functionality.
• Use the site if you are under 13 years of age without parental supervision.

Online orders are processed through our third-party partner, Clover. By placing an order, you authorize payment through their secure platform and acknowledge that their terms also apply to your transaction.

Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or item unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Reservations are held for approximately 15 minutes past the reserved time. After that, the table may be released to other guests. Large parties may be asked to place a credit card on file or pay a deposit to confirm the booking.

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation so we can accommodate other guests.

Catering orders are quoted separately based on menu, headcount, and event details. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Deposits are generally non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. Final headcount and menu changes must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.

Menu items, ingredients, and prices are subject to change. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, shellfish, soy, eggs, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact. Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

All content on this website — including the Caribe name, logo, photographs, menu descriptions, graphics, and text — is the property of Caribe Spanish Restaurant & Sports Bar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

This site may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Clover (online ordering), Google Maps, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Schenectady County, New York.
